Our focus is on direct interaction with our participants and creating an engaging and challenging learning atmosphere. We offer both on-site and virtual delivery. We also offer supplementary online self-study courses.
Training, not teaching
Overall, the focus is on practical skills. Our frame of reference is training, not teaching as we know it from school. It is about trying out and testing content.
Varied and implementation-oriented
Convenient input sequences are supplemented by pair and small group elements to make the content tangible and anchor it in practice. This also promotes learning from one another. Personal application scenarios are given space, case studies are based on company scenarios.
