It quickly became clear that the experience and skills of the media expert and the management consultant complemented each other perfectly. During her 15 years at ARD, the journalist and presenter conducted numerous interviews with personalities such as Angela Merkel. She developed a deep understanding of conversational situations and communication styles and was awarded the German Radio Award in 2014. She has been supporting companies as a coach, consultant and trainer for 10 years. Her working languages are German and English.

The psychology graduate focused early on the success factors of leadership. From 2004, he worked for large consulting firms with a focus on talent selection and development. He has been working independently for over 10 years. He supports his clients as a coach, consultant and project manager for change, selection and development projects.
