Julia Liebing

Julia Liebing ist eine erfahrene Kommunikationsexpertin mit langjähriger Erfahrung als Rundfunkredakteurin und Moderatorin. In rund 15 Jahren bei verschiedenen Programmen der ARD führte sie hunderte Interviews mit Persönlichkeiten wie Angela Merkel und Frank-Walter Steinmeier. Dabei hat sie ein besonderes Gespür für Gesprächssituationen und Kommunikationsstile entwickelt. 2014 wurde sie mit dem Deutschen Radiopreis für das beste Interview ausgezeichnet. Um den Wandel innerhalb der ARD aktiv mitzugestalten, absolvierte sie eine Ausbildung zur Prozessentwicklerin. Seit 2015 unterstützt sie Unternehmen verschiedener Branchen bei Kommunikationsthemen, Talententwicklung und Veränderungsmanagement. Sie arbeitet erfolgreich mit Führungskräften, Trainees und Teams auf allen Hierarchieebenen. Ihre Trainings und Coachings fokussieren sich auf Gesprächsführung, Rhetorik, Körpersprache und Zusammenarbeit. Julia Liebing unterstützt Sie dabei, Ihre kommunikativen Stärken und Entwicklungschancen bewusst einzusetzen. Henrik Turk vom Stein

Henrik Turk vom Stein ist seit 2004 in den Bereichen Führungskräfteentwicklung und –auswahl tätig. Im Kontext internationaler Beratungshäuser war er verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Assessment- und Trainingsprojekten im In- und Ausland. Dabei arbeitete er mit Führungskräften auf allen Hierarchieebenen in namhaften Unternehmen vom Mittelständler bis zum DAX-Konzern. Als Führungskraft in der Beratung entwickelte er neue Geschäftsfelder und hatte selbst mehrere Jahre Personal- und Umsatzverantwortung. Seit 2015 arbeitet er Selbstständig. Der Schwerpunkt seiner Arbeit liegt in der wirksamen Gestaltung der Zusammenarbeit und der Weiterentwicklung der Führungskultur. Dabei verbindet der Diplom-Psychologe seine Kenntnisse von individuellen Verhaltensstilen und zwischenmenschlichen Dynamiken mit unternehmerischem und wirtschaftlich-methodischem Verständnis. Seine Arbeit mit Individuen und Teams kennzeichnen Lösungsorientierung und Partnerschaftlichkeit. Als ausgebildeter Coach begleitet er Fach- und Führungskräfte bei der aktiven Gestaltung ihrer Karriere, während Rollenübergängen und bei den Herausforderungen des Führungsalltags. Er arbeitet in deutscher und englischer Sprache.

PROFILE
Julia Liebing is an experienced communications expert with many years of experience as a radio editor and presenter. In around 15 years at ARD, she conducted hundreds of interviews with personalities such as Angela Merkel and Frank-Walter Steinmeier. Her flair for interview situations and communication styles was recognized in 2014 with the German Radio Award for the best interview. In order to actively shape change within ARD, she completed additional training as a process developer. Since 2015, she has been supporting companies in various industries in communication, talent development and change management. She works successfully with managers, trainees and teams at all hierarchical levels. Her training courses, workshops and coaching sessions focus on communication skills, rhetoric, body language, voice and collaboration. Julia Liebing helps to make targeted use of communicative strengths and development potential. Her aim is to enable people in different roles to realize their full potential and make smart decisions.

PROFILE
Henrik Turk vom Stein has been working in the fields of management assessment and leadership development since 2004. In the context of international consulting firms, he was responsible for the implementation of assessment and training projects in Germany and abroad. He has worked with managers at all hierarchical levels in well-known companies ranging from SMEs to DAX-listed corporations. As an executive in consulting, he developed new business areas and was responsible for personnel and sales for several years. From the perspective of holistic, strategic personnel development and talent management, Henrik Turk vom Stein is a qualified psychologist and consultant who supports organizations in the strength-oriented selection and development of managers. He focuses on the effective design of recruitment and development processes, the clarification of requirements critical to success and the empowerment of internal managers. In addition, as a trained coach and mediator, he supports specialists and managers in actively shaping their careers, during role transitions and with the challenges of day-to-day management. He works in German and English.
